The September Social - Preloved style, self-care and Sunday socialising
Join us for a relaxed Sunday social celebrating Sustainable September, in collaboration with TEMPLESPA and Wiltshire-based Swap Society. Discover and shop TEMPLESPA skincare, exchange quality preloved clothing, enjoy a welcome drink and canapés, and spend the afternoon socialising to relaxed Sunday sounds.
Your afternoon includes:
- Entry to The September Social
- A refreshing welcome drink
- A selection of canapés
- Access to the TEMPLESPA retail experience
- Access to the Swap Society clothing exchange
- Relaxed Sunday sounds throughout the afternoon
Timings:
Event starts: 4.30pm until 7pm. Final Swap: 6.40pm
Good to Know:
- This is an adults-only event. Guests must be aged 18 or over to attend.
- Guests are welcome to include good-quality children’s clothing as part of the swap.
- Tickets must be booked in advance and are subject to availability - Tickets will NOT be available on the day.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
- The canapé selection may be subject to change and guests should provide details of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- TEMPLESPA products are not included in the ticket price and may be purchased separately.
Clothing Swap Terms and Conditions:
- Guests may bring a maximum of 20 items per person.
- Each accepted item provides one swap token, up to a maximum of 20 tokens.
- One token may be exchanged for one item from the clothing swap.
- Items must be clean, wearable and in good condition.
- Items with significant stains, damage, excessive wear or missing fastenings will not be accepted.
- Accepted items include adult clothing, children’s clothing, shoes and accessories.
- Shoes must be clean and in good wearable condition.
- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and pyjamas will not be accepted.
- Acceptance of all items is at the discretion of Swap Society.
- Swap tokens are valid for this event only.
- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred or carried forward to another clothing swap.
- Bowood and Swap Society cannot guarantee that every guest will find a suitable item to exchange.
- The token exchange will be open from Monday 10 August until 6.00pm on Saturday 19th September 2026, via The Spa Reception at Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort.
- Guests may bring accepted items on the day, although advance drop-off is strongly encouraged.
- How to hand in your items will be provided in your confirmation email.
